Reply Incoming Message from the System
- All incoming message will appear in our system message log, including image, video and documents.
- You have to reply their messages within 24 hours.
- You are unable to direct reply these incoming message after 24 hours, you need to use template message to initiate new conversation.

Send WhatsApp – Message Templates & Attachments (Photo, Video, Document)
- You can direct choose pre-approved message templates and select the contact group to send WhatsApp message.

Session Message
- Session Message allows you to reply to user messages within a 24-hour window without any restrictions through our system.
- You can directly reply to the user's incoming messages in the system.
- There is no need for any prior approval of the message for sending out to the users.
- However, you can no longer use Session Message after 24 hours, you can only be able to send Message Templates to them.

Message Template
- Message Template is used to start a new conversation with the users that have opted-in using Message Template.
- These templates can be used when you want to reconnect back with your users more than 24 hours after their last message sent to you or after the session message window is expired.
- Message Template will need to be approved by WhatsApp before send out to the users.
- You can send messages with a template without the need to type a message over and over again.
- The template message should be in the formats of common use such as welcoming messages, thank you messages, etc.
